Jill Sloane brings to Halstead Property extensive knowledge of Manhattan and its
neighborhoods. She grew up in Northern Virginia and moved to New York City
over seventeen years ago. The excitement of New York quickly enveloped Jill
and her enthusiasm for the city and its real estate has never waned. Jill
spent years in New York City working in both the commercial print and television
commercial industries. The transition from the Performing Arts to Residential
Sales was effortless. "I truly love what I am doing and enjoy the daily challenges
of this business. It is rewarding to sell an owner's home as well as find
a buyer their perfect home. In this market the opportunities are endless
and that's very exciting to me."
Jill attributes her real estate success to her persistence, high energy,
and commitment to her clients and customers. Jill has been featured for television
interviews on CNN, the NBC morning news, PBS and CH 11. She was a featured
panelist on Halstead's “Home Sweet Home” television show and most recently
was a guest on NBC's "Open House". She has also been interviewed for articles
in Reuters, the NY Post, NY Magazine, Avenue Magazine, The Real Deal, and
several articles in the NY Times.
Jill recently became a member of the exclusive Diamond Club at Halstead
Property. This is for brokers who have closed deals in excess of $10,000,000.
Jill loves negotiating deals and focuses on all price ranges…from High-end
to Studio Sales. The majority of her business is referrals from past clients
and customers.
Jill received Two Awards at Halstead's Semi-Annual Meeting in June of 2007.
She received 3rd Place for the “Highest Number of Sales Deals Closed” for
the 1st Half of 2007. She was also awarded 1st Place out of over 600 agents at Halstead for the “HIGHEST GROSS SALES AWARD” or Highest Commission for
the 1st Half of 2007! This was a dream come true for Jill as this was a goal
of hers since she began at Halstead nearly 8 years ago. Then in July of 2008,
Jill reached her goals again. She received 2nd Place for the “Highest Number
of Sales Deals Closed” for the 1st Half of 2008. She was also awarded 1st
Place out of over 600 agents at Halstead for the “HIGHEST GROSS SALES AWARD” or Highest Commission for the 1st Half of 2008!
In 2009, Jill was honored as one of the top 20 agents at Halstead Property, that has now grown to 850 agents.
